Our modern and lively bar has fast progressed into one of Edinburgh's most loved late night bars, entertaining locals, students, global tourists and more for the past 9 years.

We cater to a varied spectrum of clientele, using a blend of vibrant and tasty cocktails, delicious food, refreshing spirits and sharp entertainment to provide a different night time option.

From the food heavy day shifts, to the fast paced, busy night shift - working with us provides you with a huge range of hospitality experience and progression no matter your previous knowledge.

Shifts vary in each role and can be discussed on application - however remember we are a late night bar open until 1am during normal season and over fringe and christmas season until 3am
